The usual Islamic BS about the West’s injustice against muzzies while ignoring Muslim atrocities against “infidels”.

But his warning that “more militants are coming” should be heeded by authorities.

There was analysis on CNN when they first heard the tape. One said that he was talking rapidly and that showed how amped up he was. He did not refer to anyone in the building, so most likely he was alone. And that he spoke idiomatic French with a native accent, showed that he was born and raised in France.

To me he sounds Francophone, but not necessarily French.
