Generally, across all societies....I’d say that one percent can’t handle reality, religion, or civilization. And at the pace of things, we just can’t put enough of them in the ground, six feet under, fast enough.

1% of 1.5 billion would be the largest army on Earth. But it’s the culture making them a real danger to us. In the book, “The Sociopath Next Door,” the author says that 10% of all people are sociopaths. Sociopaths have very little to no activity in the parietal lobes which apparently governs such attributes as empathy. However, when studying sociopaths the anti-societal symptoms are repressed in most Asian cultures even though the people still have little or no activity in the parietal lobes. The author posits this failure to manifest is due to early life training to revere older people and respect others. The Muslim culture is entirely different and would probably tend to make all 10% into remorseless killers.
