Apoaequorin, from jellyfish, has been curing Alzheimers for several years.

Only in mice and only when injected. Orally it cannot cross the blood brain barrier.

There is no question that it is crossing the BB barrier in humans.

In the early clinical trials, too much was crossing!

The original dose proposed was found to be way too much, and had to be reduced to produce a marketable product without deleterious side effects.
