We have the maternal X link of early onset in our family; my older sister died from in at age 56. She’d been ill since she was 40. Many cousins are now developing it. Hope this research pans out in time and will treat genetic AD. Please, please, please Lord.

The participants in the Northstar study have been CURED- completely cured- of this genetic defect.

For other diseases with a single gene origin, this may be a treatment option in the next 5-10 years. I wish it could be sooner, but our regulatory systems are antiquated.
