I can’t say for sure, but I would imagine it is similar answer as to the previous question. An inability to be satisfied coupled with malignant narcissism. Reckless? Perhaps. Out of control? Never. They knew exactly what they were doing. They feel above the law. They are also perverted and will satisfy their perversion at any cost. The individuals (the girls) harmed are inconsequential.
