One of the admirable things about Rudy, when he was Mayor, he never pulled that “Yankees are my favorite AL team, and the Mets are my favorite NL team” kind of BS that many NY pols pull. He was straight up in his allegiance to the Yankees (and I am a Met fan).

What I found funny was that no one seemed to really be including Christie in that celebration hug.
