You're all off-base. William Bennett is strongly pro-life and very much alive. That quote was in response to a question about the study that linked lower crime rates to the availability of abortion. (The study made the case that crime rates had fallen because many would-be criminals had been aborted.) Bennett was making it clear that we cannot morally target any unborn baby for execution, even if the prediction for how that baby will turn out as a teenager is grim.
