I have ancestors who once owned a camelback house not too far from there. Looking at the map it’s either in the Bywater or the St Claude neighborhood. On Desire St, maybe near Burgundy.
That’s near where I used to live pre-Katrina... Right on the By Water/Marigny border railroad tracks. I miss it... It will never be the same.
