Of course. Just like people in 1930s Germany likely believed their government would *never* exterminate millions of people in their lifetimes.

We had an MRAP awarded to Montgomery co., Tx Sheriffs office last year. This freakin mammoth vehicle came rollin through town equipped with gun turret.

Just pissed me off. What in sam hell does a local law enforcement agency need with this sort of military hardware. It is offensive to a free society.
