That picture on the cover of Mooch shows some extreme plastic surgery of face, and it looks like possible liposuction in various areas. My guess is most of it was done the beginning of 2014 when she stayed behind in Hawaii.

I thought that sounded like a crazy story. After having been in Hawaii for over 2,weeks, the president gave his wife the gift of more time in Hawaii, but this time it was extended time apart from him???
