HIs past played a part, but it was clearly intentional. He tries to make all his thuggery look accidental or incidental, but it’s as shallow as a liberal talking point.
This is just a symptom of a larger problem that the NFL needs to address which includes players intentional laying on opponents, raking across them, landing on their lower legs, etc when it is not necessary. If they would throw the flag sooner they would discourage more egregious behavior late like this Suh incident.
