Oh yea? This woman was unconscious? In her story she doesn’t even say she said no, or tried to stop it, but not once.
The other story was of a 20 year old girl in 2000, that I saw. Cosby tried to apparently have sex with her and the girl said “I am leaving,” and Cosby said “that’s fine.”
By law, neither are rape. Or sexual assault.
I said it on another thread, that they are innocent till proven guilty. Either works for everyone, or not at all. Yea, I agree it’s starting to sound like Cosby is a rapist. However, a story where he stopped, and a story where the girl let it happen and sounded like she didn’t say no, is a basic invalidation by their own testimony. But I’m still reserving judgment.
Why now though? Why now?
