Yep, and the cowboy gang was real. Their resting places can be seen in Boot Hill.

Definitely one of the best westerns made.

Beyond a doubt. Saw it in the theatre when first came out, then bought the VHS tape, then DVD, now have it on HD Blu-ray disc.

For sure. And, the producer put a lot of effort in getting, dress,decor, etc, period correct. Even the weaponry is period correct. In fact, Russell even carried Wyatt Earp’s actual Buttline Special. It was loaned to him by Earp’s grandson. Also, agree that Doc Holiday was the real star of the movie. Whenever I come across the movie when flipping around, I’ll watch any Doc scenes that may be approaching.
