I watched the video and thought that were cornering the cop. Luckily the prep did not pull the trigger.
I thought the other guy was starting to make a mugging pass on the wheelchair (or baby buggy?) duo when he and his pal spotted the cop and broke it off. Either impression would fit the video, I guess.
