He well may have but, unless a more recent victim comes forward, its unprovable. I’m not a prosecutor, but guessing that if you wait more than a week to report (with no physical evidence or additional witnesses), your case is almost unprovable. It become a he said-she said.

And I do think that some of these women are jumping on the bandwagon. I DO believe the woman who has been screaming rape for 25 years or so, but belief is not proof.
