I don't know about Spokane, but many small town police departments are receiving these. They're cool, if you're in law enforcement.
I expect when the cost of maintenance starts raising its ugly head, alot of these will end up sitting on courthouse lawns similiar to WWII tanks, amtraks and such.

And the slaves are not allowed to have weapons. They are for the masters.
I am a Constitutionalists. Therefore, according to him, I am not allowed to have a weapon and it is his duty to see that I don't. well, I have news for him, I was born free and when I die, I will die free. However soon or far off that may be.
