I only have four. In order of importance:
Continue to cement my relationship with Him (Christ). Work on it daily. Probably not measuring up, but trying.
Cash out me and my team of exceptional people so we can chase out own futures together without being beholden to anyone else.
Begin (again) a meaningful relationship with an intelligent Christian woman to whom I am physically attracted. (Yes, physical attraction matters, as does intellectual and spiritual attraction.)
Stay alive. (Death holds no fear for me. Never has. But my departure from this existence may cause pain for those who care for me and for whom I care. Hence, staying alive is a goal.)
Part of the last one: Kick smoking to the curb.
Hey, you asked...
the smoking habit has several seldom addressed issues that ive become aware of.
smoking them cuts down on the bodies natural manufacture of dopamine..a very necessary “feel good” ingredient in our lives.
smoking also stimulates....the production of dopamine.
ceasing smoking temporarily leaves one on the outs and i need of dopamine.
there is an amino acid...L-TYROSINE....inexpensive and highly effective that helps replace the dopamine the human body, and brain requires.
Ive cut back considerably since beginning regular use of L Tyrosine.
I came to this idead by myself by adding two and two together and have never heard nor read about the effectiveness of this simple “procedure”.
The question I used to sort the wheat form the chaff was:
If you were King for a day and all things were on the table, what action would you undertake/have done first?
