I find this to be interesting in that it reminds me of the early 1950's when Joe McCarthy was investigating the government for the Communist's that had been allowed to infiltrate into some of the highest levels of government. Roosevelt's administration was filled with card carrying communists.
For those who were blacklisted in the film industry were blacklisted, not by Joe McCarthy but by the film industry itself.
Now the film industry is blacklisting itself, again.
