These “drive by” type crimes seem to often be related to gang activities/gang retaliations. Their biggest challenge will be to try to keep the 7 preteen children from going down the same road.

Yeah, of course. Nobody has ever randomly decided to shoot up my house. They were at that house aiming for somebody, maybe not the one that got shot, but they had “beef” with someone who lived there.
Also, gangs seem to be better than police when it comes to making sure they have the right address.
I did hear on the radio that police think the 22 year old step-son was the intended target. Puff was just caught in unfriendly fire.
