You’re a bit near sighted ... barry Soetoro (aka L4B, aka little bathhouse barry bastard boy) is the puppet of a globalist elite who remain hidden from view, pulling the strings. But their direct soldiers are to be found in the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Bilderberg Group. Little bath house barry is no higher up that a new member to the Bilderberg Group, so attributing to him Emperor status is too great a promotion given his level of incompetence.
