What I have done to prevent relapses is I removed all the fillings I could from my mouth and am taking D3.

Have not had a debilitating relapse since I started with that. Last bad year was 2007-2008 when I had three over that period and need to be hospitalized.

Still do not have many body functions (mostly coordination issues back. Walking is a bit impeded. As is balance.

But no relapses since 2008.

Now what do you mean about trying coconut oil? I have always loved cookies and other junk food and seem to have done very well so far. So as to “coconut oil” what do you mean?

Plenty of research has been done on coconut oil and it’s benefit in helping and reversing MS, Alzheimers, ALS, Parkinsons, etc...

MS, Alzheimers, ALS, Parkinsons have been showed to have brain communication stopped because of a natural fat brain process. The coconut oil replaces that and can better your brain process.
