So a program that allows people to ride bikes for free to get around the city results in broken bikes and poor cleanliness? What a shock. Socialism proves to be a disaster again.

It's not free and somewhat expensive for short-term rentals.

The service is 100% private and no public funds were used. It survives on the rental fees and sponsorship from Citibank.

Sheesh, how judgmental of you to measure results and performance. Their intentions were good and there hearts were in the right place. Therefore, the program must be a rousing success.

Just ignore the Ebola you picked up off the handlebars.
