What are they defining as “effective black schools” and “effective black teachers”?
These same black segregationists would be the first to scream if whites were to re-segregate in the manner they seem to be cheering for blacks.
The rule is they want to be separate when and where they want and to integrate when and where they want. You don't get a vote.
Where I lived in the Rocky Mountain region and the High Plains, blacks, whites, Spanish, and Indians all went to school together.
We did not even comprehend what segregation was till we moved to the Ozarks and Little Rock blew up.
