The best way to determine superiority is to measure prosperity in a climate of mutual voluntary cooperation.

Why is that the best way? What sort of prosperity do you mean? Is mutual voluntary cooperation sole defining characteristic of the social climate in the "best way"?

I’ve always found it interesting that when “superiority” is defined the definition almost invariably establishes the definer’s group as superior. What a shock!
