Formerly the "Fans of Quinn and Rose Discussion" thread, our group been meeting here since 2008. We still hold out hope that our favorite talk show hosts will come back on the air but, whether they do or not, our friendly group will still meet to start the day. So if you are preparing to go to work, are getting home from work - or happily retired - stop in and say mornin' and share the latest news, discuss the weather, share a recipe, or whatever!

Well...QUINN up and tweeting (a good one about the racist Hollywood donors whose Sony emails were hacked by the NorKs). Now my thoughts on the RAAACIST emails...how does a narcissist like Dear Leader deal w/LEARNING people (who he thought worship him) make fun of him? Drone strikes in W.Hollywood? Data breech on Rodeo Drive?!? He’ll get “even.”
And speaking of Twitter...I don’t think I mentioned this before, but like Mark Steyn, Junk Science, Joe Bastardi, and several thousand others, I am PROUD to report that I was blocked by Dr. Michael E. Mann. I feel like I’m in HS and am getting to sit at the coool kids table.

Dear Leader probably could not care less what the “elite” in Hwood think about him, just as long as they keep those $$ rolling in for him.
I meant to decorate my cube at work, and just eh. I’ve been working 12 hour days, and I fight 28 traffic and the Ft Pitt tunnels, so I think that’s what has sucked out the Christmas spirit this year.
I was planning on donating $$ to some local charities instead of buying gifts. I’ll still send something to the kiddos of the family, but I feel better sending $ to those that are in need.
You have a good heart, charitable giving is a wonderful way to show Christmas spirit and spread joy.
Be careful with those local charities, choose wisely.

Hmmm....I see my post fro home didn’t show up on the thread. NO surprise. We seem to be having spotty Comcastic service. Sometimes I can’t even connect to the net from home.
No matter I’m still on bus, gkids, mrs p6 service fro a while.
Meanwhile a podcast may be the only option left for Q&R as well as many other radio programs. This article - from Slate so there’s the usual leftist slant - points out a couple of radio’s BIG problems.
Hope everyone in the group is OK. As soon as I can I’ll be posting again in the mornings.
