Hit Nassau once in the 8os, wasn’t on Bay street (main drag) 5 minutes and some dude was trying to sell me cocaine. Could happen anywhere you say? Probably not with a cop 8 feet away. Belize city was pretty bad, I also hear Jamaica is really dangerous.

The cop was there to arrest you in case you bought some baking soda from his cousin.

Most of them are very dangerous. A friend works in security. He said that if you knew what security has to deal with around the resorts/hotels in the islands you’d never ever ever go there. They have former military with night vision glasses, machine guns, the works patrolling the grounds and the perimeter. It’s still not enough.
