OTOH,I support an age cutoff for the DP.SCOTUS recently set it at 18...I might support 16 but there should be *some* kind of cutoff age.
I have no idea what that is.

I have no idea what that is.I mentioned it because the article said that at least one of the ones convicted was 17 at the time...IIRC it was the subject of this piece.SCOTUS recently (within the last few years) ruled that nobody can be sentenced to death for crimes they committed when younger than 18.
