I rarely go there. I’m the opposite of the milleniels who supposedly would rather order with a kiosk. I prefer to deal with actual human beings when going into a service business. And if a place offers good service that makes it more pleasant to go there.

I have not yet been to Chick Fil A. I’ve heard their customer service is better than most fast food places.

Make the effort. Drive thru lines can be long in some locations and inside it’s
pretty much like other fast foods. A counter to order, a station with condiments,etc
and tables for seating. The food is good, imo.

Their customer service is better than many full service restaurants.

Their standard response to any request is "my pleasure" and they seem to really mean it.

The food at CFA is pretty good (certainly better than McD). The service is absolutely outstanding. I can't remember not hearing both a "please" and "thank you", or being interrupted during my order to ask if I wanted a "combo" when I clearly ordered a sandwich.
