OH...and about the late dinners at 8, or 9 pm...the secret is adjusting your lunch time and eating a late breakfast. If retired you can do four smaller meals a day. Get up and eat something light with coffee like toast or muffin.... if you are early 5 am or 6 am riser. Again something about 10 am, protein and substantial....then eat lunch 2-3 pm, then that late dinner will seem normal. Follow your heart.

Rather act like a nervous first date and eat a small bite or two before contriving reasons why we should return to my house for the main meal...
