Remember back in the 1960s when the East German women’s Olympic team had members of questionable gender who seemed to get gold medals with a strength beyond females of the day? In their rush to be politically correct, this Board may upset women’s athletics in Minnesota. Imagine a school who actually recruits 6’ 8” transgendered players for their womens basketball team and sweeps the state tournaments. I doubt the fans would tolerate this and I would bet many schools would simply drop women’s basketball because they could not begin to compete.
Maybe when the parents of a 75 pound girl see their daughter splattered across the floor by Gunther and the 300 pounds of the Confusion he carries, a lawsuit will follow after the nursing home/care facility bills get paid.
