That has applied to virtually every other wave of immigrants that have come to this country. If you refuse to assimilate, then you condemn yourself to a life as an outsider. Every immigrant has had to abandon some of the culture of the "old country". It's not such a terrible thing.
The most important thing is language. You must learn and use standard English, and that means you must abandon dialects of English such as "Ebonics".
The culture this race has built has created the Thug Stigma.
There is no need to sympathize with a creed that perpetuates the black race as rapist, killers, and drug addicts, and welfare families that is glamorized in their very music, art (if you can call graffiti art), dress, and over all activities.
I for one have no need of any person of this race and would actually have no compassion for anyone of this race in a time of need. I would feel the same for any race of people excels in crime and theft! There are more in the Country to expound on but this is already a long rant!
