So because black men and boys who behave badly are products of what is arguably a bad culture, authorities should excuse their bad behavior, rather than risk lumping all blacks together in the culture of bad behavior? This is why blacks can’t admit that bad behaving blacks kill far more blacks than cops ever will. They don’t want to judge what is bad, black culture, and they don’t want bad blacks to be held responsible for what they do, because they grew up in that bad culture.
What about all the blacks who don’t grow up in suburbia and who don’t become criminals? Should they too be lumped with the blacks who do become criminals?
Blacks in this country have been making excuses for their bad behavior for so long, they have nowhere left to take their argument but to an absurd claim that blacks should be exempt from laws and reasonable behavior.

If you can't tell them apart from their music, dress and general behavior, that's the rational human thing to do!
