I defer. Doctors do nothing today with a broken rib and it takes a long time to heal. You can still get on your day-to-day activities. I’ve been dealing with 3 broken ribs for the last 6 years, and yes they still hurt. They healed, but it took years, and now I have arthritis in the bones.
