Formerly the "Fans of Quinn and Rose Discussion" thread, our group been meeting here since 2008. We still hold out hope that our favorite talk show hosts will come back on the air but, whether they do or not, our friendly group will still meet to start the day. So if you are preparing to go to work, are getting home from work - or happily retired - stop in and say mornin' and share the latest news, discuss the weather, share a recipe, or whatever!

Looks like that bug that was at PAMom’s son’s wedding is making the rounds. Several people at work sick. We get grand kids Sunday. I hope they don’t have it!
After three weeks I’m still hacking just a tiny bit. Mr Sneakers heart doc said that the cold he had probably played a part in setting off the tachycardia. I hope PaDad doesn’t get it, given his heart problems!

We had (actually bride’s family) had relatives/friends fly in from CA, AL, WA, MA, and drive in from NYC, MD, DC, and VA. Kinda the melting pot of germs...
The Protests(tm) are picking up steam...I did chuckle at the edict that only “Protestors of a color” can put their hands up with “melanin challenged protestors” standing, holding pale hands, in support.
Rules is rules.
Did anyone else watch PeterPan last night? To me, it had kinda a Community theatre feel to it...and Capt. Hook...well he needed #MoreCowBell

Son who goes to school in OH, comes home for winter break next Friday, texted to say he went to WalMart (if I checked his bank acct on line). 2 of his 3 other “suite mates” came back from Thanksgiving break sick, and he needed to replenish his Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, etc
I fear we are doomed.
You gotta visit the DUmp today (I know...I think “we” are keeping their Alexa hits afloat)...but they are regressing back to the good ole days of the 60s! Vietnam mentions and an entire thread based upon the (1960s?!?) Buffalo Springfield (waaaay before my time) “anthem” “Stop Children, What’s That Sound.”

At work now and can’t stay on long. Yep, saw that! Still holding out hope for a return! Sounds like they are working on it.
They are running ads on 1320 plugging a personal appearance at Dean Diamond Importers.
Apparently they are available to shill charm bracelets, but not to save the country.
I don’t think it’s up to them—they need a radio station to hire them.
