Yeah, and the fact that the IRS sent any confidential taxpayer to the White House at all is very serious and unprecedented breach of taxpayer confidentiality and a seriously improper disclosure in and of it self that carries serious penalties for the disclosure alone to both the sender at IRS and recipient at the White House.
It is hard to fathom anything they could have done with the information that was not felony crime.

I think this confirms why Obama is baiting the Republicans to impeach him for Amnesty. I cannot conceive of any scenario where the White House was in receipt of IRS confidential taxpayer information that would constitute an unimpeachable offense
