The Obama administration said that it is withholding all of the thousands of pages of documents related to the White Houses coordination with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) during the IRS conservative targeting scandal.
Secretary of the Treasury Jacob Lew, Obamas former White House Chief of Staff, took the documents that were set to be released and now refuses to ever turn them over. His rationale? Lew cannot release information about improper disclosures of confidential taxpayer information because that would be an improper disclosure of confidential taxpayer information.
Only this WH has equated Executive privilege with the Privilege against self-incrimination.
More of that new style Obama “transparency”. LOL! Yeah. Right.

Guilty, guilty, guilty. What would the criminal charge be? This better not go away.
This is going to get solved when this guy is called before the Senate to testify and is physically arrested by the Sgt at Arms at his witness table. And not before.
I am sure Speaker Bonehead will file a lawsuit to get to the bottom of this.
"Unless the inequality problem is from the IRS and I caused it. In that case I'm here to hide it."

What the hell are they doing with personal tax info anyway?
blackmailing congresscritters
Hang. Them. All.
The 5th Amendment does not apply to civil actions. If someone tries to claim 5th amendment and refuses to furnish information, their opponent can ask the court to deem the answer to be what the opponent wants.
the ruling carries the weight of fact.
And how long do they expect THAT argument to survive? I figure it’ll be dead by the tenth day of Christmas.
Hey! Look! It’s the old “you can’t prosecute me for killing my parents, I’m an orphan” routine again.
Which confirms that confidential taxpayer information was given to the White House
That’s called “stonewalling.”
At least when a Republican president does it.
Makes sense.
Obama doesn’t want to release documents that show that he was orchestrating Lois Lerner’s criminal acts.
