Hitler was a vegetarian teetotalling nonsmoker. Three busybodies in one, we see what that did to the world.
No wonder the German General Staff preferred the Eastern Front to Der Fuhrer’s rants against “corpse eaters” (his term for nonvegetarians).
I think it's also healthy like Vaq did to try vegetarianism for a short while -- makes you appreciate meat more :)
Basically I try to have meat just about 3 times a week -- that's me, whatever anyone else wants to do is their choice -- fish on others or other stuff. Just gives me different interesting choices each day. I'm also convinced that the healthy way is moderation -- have whatever you want, just don't go overboard.
