Coincidentally- I just got a call a few minutes ago from an electrical supplier , offering me a .1284 kwh residential rate if I lock in for 2 years.

I'm going to ride it out through the winter, as the Nat Grid spring rates are scheduled to come down below 12 cent's/kwh.
Yes I know, Nat. Grid might be lying.
I will take my chances.-Tom
