Well I’d say the Ferguson Police Department has a few hundred rioters to charge with destruction of personal property, arson, drug possession, etc..I’m sure the Justus Department will assist them.../s

Could the cost of the damage be converted to an add-on tax and added to the Tax bills of the perps? I suspect that the cops have a long list by now.
