My “old” 7 is humming along fine for now. I bought it in October ‘13 just as they were hitting the market. If it hits the fritz I’d probably replace it with an 8.

I am picking up the $29 RCA tablet for my parents on Thursday. I figure for that price, it gives them a chance to see if they even like having a tablet.
