Does “dark energy” equal “dark matter” times the speed of light squared?

I think it's more like: E_dark = M_dark √c

Could be E_dark = M_dark / √c

It escapes my velocity at the moment, but have they found “dark light” yet? And if so, what is the symbol for “dark light”?
