Yup. Both sides should work to create a low crime area. Things are so much more relaxed with police in low crime areas. Just yesterday I ran outside to ask a state cop if I could help him with something when he was at the empty house next door to me.

Nice and relaxed. I even invited him into the yard to show that I didn't have a view of another empty house nearby. (Some kids apparently broke in)
