The best way to reduce your chances of getting breast cancer is to carry your first pregnancy (and every pregnancy) to term, and to breast-feed every baby, on-demand, and particularly at night to get the maximum out of the nighttime circadian hormonal levels) and don't wean before the first birthday.

If your breasts develop fully mature mammary tissue with the first pregnancy (without interruption) and then are used as intended to produce milk and feed baby, the incidence of cancer --- while not 100% eliminated -- is substantially reduced. Almost like there was some kind of design.
