President Sumohadiwidjojo wasn't born here either!
The RNC and DNC obviously were involved in taking care of the details, as to who specifically arranged that may be impossible to tell: it likely was groupthink on the same order as amnesty is, even if the amnesty talk is far more brazen.
If those acts are applicable to Cruz then he is not a Natural Born Citizen — You see, those acts are “normal legislative acts” and such cannot alter the meaning of the Constitution, therefore if such naturalization were applicable to Mr. Cruz he could not be eligible as a Natural Born Citizen.
Almost as much as they hate the 2nd amendment!
I’m sure the NWO types are much more concerned with the 2nd amendment than they are with the NBC issue.
It’s not like they would have any trouble finding compliant puppets with two citizen parents to do their bidding as president. The DemocRat party is full of them.
As for McCarran-Walter, it addressed a lot of issues, the natural-born question not being among them.
Yeah but most of them look and come across like the walking dead. IE Lurch, Mc Lame, B Dole...
Although I don’t understand the subtleties of tho particular law, only parent needs to be an American citizen at the time of birth to be eligible.
At least, that is what I understand having read about it during the debate about Obama’s origins.
The criterion is, as long as it is our guy it doesn't matter, besides everyone does it. Now leaves this thread alone or the electrified cat picture will show up.
Identical circumstances are treated differently by each law.
My position on the question has always been that crackpot definitions of "natural born" crafted to exclude Obama are wrong and have the side effect of excluding perfectly fine natural born citizens, such as Ted Cruz, whom I support.
Then, of course, there is the practical political consideration: you need 67 senators to remove Obama, no matter what his citizenship.
Another “Concern Troll” thread.

Ted Cruz was an American citizen at birth. This makes him a Natural Born Citizen.
There is no evidence that Obama is a U.S. citizen, because: His father was a foreigner; his mother could not transmit citizenship to him; there is no evidence he was born in the U.S.
There is no evidence that Obama is a U.S. citizen—WITHOUT resorting to crackpot definitions.
His father was not a citizen; his mother could not transmit citizenship (too young); there is no evidence he was born in Hawaii or anywhere else in the U.S. In fact, the creation of a crudely forged “birth certificate” is evidence he was NOT born anywhere in the U.S.
Your retort misses the point.
The absence of a definition in the Constitution is not an ABUSE, it is a relevant fact. You cited something that is clearly an abuse of power by the government.
Face the fact: An African commie African nationalist anti-colonialist knocked up an American anarchist slut, broke up with her, and got deported back to Africa, leaving her alone to raise the resulting natural born American freak.
So what did she do? She fobbed him off on her parents, after dumping his Indonesian stepfather and winning Ford Foundation money to go off and do the liberal third-world thing. Meanwhile, his grandpa hooked him up with his buddy Frank Marshall Davis, who mentored him in the ways of communism and angry blackness.
The kid grew up, dreamt of his father, stopped using "Barry" in favor of "Barack", went to the Law School, had his life story ghost written, became a millionaire on book royalties, became a senator, got elected President. Twice.
This is not something you fix with the cockamamie theories birferism offers.
As I said, the only way you fix this is with 67 senators, the ballot box having failed. Twice.
+1
that’s it.
0bama was not born from a woman who could confer US citizenship.
Cruz was.
Cruz 2016.
I don’t see why no, the boy king in the W.H. now was born in Kenya. As Hill would say “What difference dose it make”
