Is it illegal or unconstitutional for a law enforcement agency to watch a road intersection for criminal activity because a law abiding citizen might walk through the intersection?

Is this connected to the news item a few weeks back about the ‘fake’ cell sites?

Some super secure phone was finding fake cells.

obviously a very unimportant story if Wall Street Journal won’t even let Americans read it

'The U.S. Marshals Service program, which became fully functional around 2007'

As usual, Obama keeps the status quo.

When asked for comment, Mitch McConnell said that there would definitely be an investigation into this when he becomes majority leader in the Senate, but immediately ruled out any negative consequences whatsoever for anyone involved.

This whole Big Government/Big Brother instrusiveness is ostensibly to fight terrorism, 99.95% of which is committed by mohammedans.

Instead of keeping mohammedans out of our country, which would make us more secure than spying on everyone in the hopes of catching these crazed ragheads before they commit murder or mayhem, the goobermint keeps importing them, thus requiring ever more restrictions on our freedoms.

Becuase the idiot politcal elites class is enamoured with flooding our shores with “diversity”, including those who want to cut our throats, rather than forbidding mohammedan immigration to our country, the elites find themselves in the position where they must take away our liberties in order to protect us from the cutthroats who they refuse to keep out.

They’re brilliant, aren’t they?

The gubmint is free to listen to your phone calls and read your emails...since these were not around at the time the 4th Amendment was incorporated, right?

Apparently that’s how The Regime reads it:

Justice Department Expands Hunt for Data on Cellphones

Obama’s NSA eavesdropping goes beyond that of Bush... after campaigning on the promise of: “ No warrantless wiretaps if you elect me!”

http://news.cnet.com/8301-10784_3-9845595-7.html

headlines read:” NSA Exceeds Legal Limits In Eavesdropping Program” , “ U.S. phone intercepts go beyond legal limits” , and “NSA Found Improperly Spying on Americans”.
