WTF? Whatever happened to the regulations on PDA’s while in uniform. I would never dare kiss my wife in public while I was in uniform. The standard should be: if the same thing was happening between a male and female officer in public, would the colonel's action be correct? There should be no greater latitude given to a homo couple than a hetero couple.
