After being on Grand Jury for a month in the filthy Cook County IL, I guarantee you that what you are stating is unlikely. Also, I have NO doubt the volume of horror we heard will never make it in the papers, ever.
My comment was just based upon my memory of how many times I have read about white people murdering their kids vs blacks.
However, your request motivated me to do a little research on “infanticide”.
The best I could find is a chart of 0-5 years old kids.

Here’s the reference on the info that clearly shows (assuming it is correct) whites kill their kids more than blacks.
It is on page 3 of 183 pages in a Bureau of Justice report by one James Alan Fox. The website appears to be bjs.gov. The statistics are from 1976 to 2005.
Looking at the chart, infanticide “appears” to be almost solely confined to either white or black parents.
