5:06 in TX….bones are barking for some Aleve this morning because we moved heavy patio plants inside ahead of the predicted freeze, but they are worth the work. Coffee is God’s gift to early risers.

Bromelain and Papain, both or either is what I take for arthritic pain. Some where around 1700 mg total daily, broken up into several doses. Guess it works like meat tenderizer on scar tissue. I get it from vitamin stores (its pineapple and papaya enzymes) Now I can ride my bike five miles where before I couldn’t bend my left knee.
