I am 100% sure the 15-year old son of the cougar who was totally ok with his mom's lust for his friend is a regular porn watcher. There is a whole genre of mom hooking up with their children's friends. In this case, I bet porn desensitized the son to what a pervert his mom is.

Whole thing is sordid.
But I don’t understand why our liberal Godless society thinks it’s ok for this 15 yo to have sex with, say, a 13 yo. And in fact, society encourages that and considers it normal and healthy.

I bet they drank full sugar sodas too!
We had the same stuff going on when I was in school (and it was between a married lady in our Pentecostal church and her son’s friend), when my parents were in school, in the bible.
I’m pretty sure individuals making bad decisions is to blame, not “the culture.” It’s like blaming soda makers for being fat. You can do it, but you’ll stay fat until you put the bottle down.

on the boy at least twice - first outside the home while walking the dog and then again in her bedroom.
I live in a beach community where people walk their dogs all the time, and I have never ever seen people giving oral sex while they walk their dogs.
