We had the same stuff going on when I was in school (and it was between a married lady in our Pentecostal church and her son’s friend), when my parents were in school, in the bible.

Maybe a few thousand years of history, plus every other society on earth? For most of the world, the Age of Consent is 13-16. Romeo and Juliet were 13 and 16. My mother was 15 when she met my 22 year old father (having us when she was 19, 21, and 22... and I'm not even close to 50 yet). Only TODAY does a large segment of our society think this is perverse, and gnashes their teeth about it. The real question is why they do it now, when it was never thus, anywhere on earth, a problem for 15 year olds to have an interest in sex. What has changed in the last generation that as made it suddenly grotesque and inspiring hate and vitriol, when it never did before?
